1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WiFi network, digital services, and guest applications provided by Hotel Chamartin The One (Tax ID: B87053914) (hereinafter "the Hotel"). By connecting to our network or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using any Hotel digital service (including the guest WiFi network, the guest portal, and any Hotel applications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. WiFi Network Use

The Hotel provides complimentary WiFi access to registered guests. By connecting you agree to:

  • Use the network only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Not use the network to transmit, distribute, or store any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data.
  • Not use the network for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Hotel.

The Hotel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your network access if these rules are violated.

4. Service Availability

WiFi and digital services are provided on a best-effort basis. The Hotel does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for service interruptions, speed fluctuations, or data loss arising from the use of the network.

5. Data Protection

Your use of our services involves the processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Providing your email address or other registration data is necessary to access WiFi. Connection logs are retained for 90 days as required by Spanish telecommunications legislation (LSSI-CE).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Hotel's digital services are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute such content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any digital service. The Hotel's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim (if any).

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
